100% Commission Real Estate Brokerage in Texas

Resident Realty is a licensed Texas brokerage. You keep 100% of your commission and pay a flat monthly fee and transaction fee instead of a percentage split.

Texas has four major metros with genuinely different market dynamics, and agents here often build a business that spans more than one of them. The cost of a percentage split follows you across all of them.

Texas Markets We Serve

Austin. A market that has absorbed a great deal of relocation and new development, with agents frequently working both resale and new construction in the same week.

Dallas and Fort Worth. Two adjacent metros that behave differently from one another. Agents often hold relationships across both, which makes a brokerage that does not restrict territory more useful than one that does.

Houston. The largest metro in the state by population, spread across a wide area with distinct submarkets. Local reputation and sphere do more work here than any brokerage brand.

San Antonio. A steadier market with a strong repeat and referral component, where long-held client relationships carry a large share of production.

What It Costs

The plans are the same in Texas as in Colorado and Arizona.

  • Standard Plan. $50 per month plus $300 per transaction side.
  • Top Producer Plan. $249 per month with no transaction fee, or $2,988 for the year.

Below 8 transaction sides a year the Standard Plan usually costs less, and at 8 or more the Top Producer Plan does. There are no setup fees and no transfer fees. The full model is explained on the 100% commission brokerage page, and you can run your own volume through the compare fees page.

Support and Tools for Texas Agents

Both plans include a CRM, transaction coordination software, eSignature contracts, an agent website, document management and lead generation training, plus the mentor program.
