100% Commission Real Estate Brokerage in Colorado

Resident Realty is a licensed Colorado brokerage. You keep 100% of your commission and pay a flat monthly fee and transaction fee instead of a percentage split.

Colorado is where Resident Realty started, and it remains the state where we support the most agents. If you are licensed here and currently handing over a percentage of every closing, this page covers what the alternative costs and where we operate.

Colorado Markets We Serve

Denver Metro. The highest transaction volume in the state and the most competitive agent market. Agents working the metro tend to be the quickest to notice what a percentage split costs them over a year, because volume makes the gap obvious.

Colorado Springs and Pueblo. A distinct market from Denver, with its own price points and a significant military relocation component. Agents here often work a wider geographic area than metro agents do.

Northern Colorado. Fort Collins, Greeley and the surrounding communities. A mix of established residential and newer development, with agents frequently serving clients moving up from the metro.

Western Slope. Geographically spread out, with mountain and resort property alongside year-round residential. Agents here cover long distances and rely heavily on local reputation.

What It Costs

The plans are the same across every state we operate in.

  • Standard Plan. $50 per month plus $300 per transaction side.
  • Top Producer Plan. $249 per month with no transaction fee, or $2,988 for the year.

Below 8 transaction sides a year the Standard Plan usually costs less; at 8 or more the Top Producer Plan does. There are no setup fees and no transfer fees. Full detail is on the 100% commission brokerage page and the compare fees page.

Support and Tools for Colorado Agents

Both plans include a CRM, transaction coordination software, eSignature contracts, your own agent website, document management and lead generation training. Newer agents can work with the mentor program.

Licensing questions are covered on our licensing process page.
