100% Commission Real Estate Brokerage in Arizona

Resident Realty is a licensed Arizona brokerage. You keep 100% of your commission and pay a flat monthly fee and transaction fee instead of a percentage split.

Arizona agents work a market shaped by steady relocation and a wide spread of price points across the Valley. If you generate your own business here, a percentage split is an expensive way to pay for a licence to hang.

Arizona Markets We Serve

Phoenix. The largest market in the state by volume, with a broad range of neighbourhoods and price points. Agents here tend to build their business on referral networks that have nothing to do with which brokerage sign is in the yard.

Scottsdale. Higher average price points, which means a percentage split costs more per closing than it does elsewhere in the Valley. The arithmetic of a flat fee changes sharply as commission size rises.

Carefree. A smaller market north of the Valley where local knowledge and reputation carry most of the weight in winning listings.

Cave Creek. Adjacent to Carefree, with a distinct character and buyers who are often specifically seeking the area rather than shopping the wider metro.

What It Costs

The plans do not change by state.

  • Standard Plan. $50 per month plus $300 per transaction side.
  • Top Producer Plan. $249 per month with no transaction fee, or $2,988 for the year.

On higher priced transactions the difference compounds, because a percentage split scales with the commission while a flat fee does not. Below 8 sides a year the Standard Plan usually costs less; at 8 or more the Top Producer Plan does. You can model your own volume on the compare fees page, and the model is explained in full on the 100% commission brokerage page.

Support and Tools for Arizona Agents

Both plans include a CRM, transaction coordination software, eSignature contracts, an agent website, document management and lead generation training, plus the mentor program. There are no setup fees and no transfer fees.

Our licensing process page covers what a transfer involves.
