How the Plan Works for Western Slope Agents

You keep 100% of your commission. Instead of a percentage split, you choose one of two flat plans:

• Standard Plan. $50 per month plus $300 per transaction side.
• Top Producer Plan. $249 per month with no transaction fee, or $2,988 for the year.

Below 8 transaction sides a year the Standard Plan usually costs less; at 8 or more the Top Producer Plan does. You are paid directly at the closing table via CDA. You can model your own volume on the compare fees page.
